Troubleshoot Fixture
Use this feature to capture data and provide that data to Digital Lumens technical support:
- Go to Edit > Advanced > Troubleshoot Fixture.
- Select Connect Wirelessly and then choose the network on which the fixture resides
or
connect to the fixture directly via USB cable and then select Connect via USB. - Wait for the data to download, then either click Copy to Clipboard (and then paste into a text file or manually email),
or
click Email Results to automatically open your default email client and populate the email body with the downloaded data. - Click Done to exit.
